Sensory Perception Issues

I have always been fascinated by the idea that people perceive things differently, that we learn about sensory input via language. For example, we are told that grass is green and then we trust that understanding. In autism however the senses are not always stable or predictable. For someone who relies very heavily on the sense of hearing, this can occasionally be a little disconcerting. On the other hand, I thought everyone had certain aberrant sensory experiences. It turns out they don't. This section explores the phenomena of Fractured Hearing and Earworms via musical pieces, along with some of the more common differences in perception of sound and other senses.
